Gratitude is a magnet for success. It is the root of all good things. When you practice gratitude there is no room for negativity or anything bad. It is one of the fastest ways to raise your vibration.
You may feel as though you are going through the toughest time right now but you must be grateful for these hard times.
The reason why is because these times show us what we do not want, so we can identify what we do want.
There are always horrible times before a period of greatness.. so we must embrace it. If we handle these low times well we will come out on the other side experiencing blessings.
Gratitude is so powerful because we focus on the good rather than the bad. You feel happier. Some people would be grateful for the times that you call hard, it is not about comparison but think about how lucky & blessed you are to even be alive right now.
God has a plan for you, he is not done yet.. which is why you woke up today.
When you express what you are grateful for, smile & feel good when you do, this has a greater impact.
Think about helping others, send them messages of gratitude, this will benefit them & you.
Expressing gratitude relieves stress & improves our mental health. It shifts the heart to a calmer, relaxed state.
When we give thanks to things that are not here yet, we are affirming them into our reality.
‘I am so happy & grateful now that…’ Speak these goals into existence.
Say these out loud now:
‘I am grateful…’
To have woken up today
For my family
For my friends
For the opportunities that lay ahead of me
For my mind
For nature
For my body
That I am different from the rest
For food
My ability to move my body
For access to knowledge
To be able to reach higher dimensions
That I have the power to block out anything negative
Gratitude is essential for everyday practices. Giving thanks first thing in the morning is key, also right before bed. There should also be points in the day where you randomly express what you are grateful for.
Do this often & watch how blissful life becomes! Remember if you feel down, practice gratitude.

I am grateful for this article, thank you. Simple, straight to the point and a great reminder of the importance of gratitude which many of us forget sometimes, particularly in difficult times so I will definitely be listing what I am grateful for when I am down.
