Manifestation In Depth - Create Your Reality

You may know someone who seems to predict their future, they do not.. they just create it. You created everything in your life right now through your thoughts, therefore you CAN create the life you desire. 

 

Manifestation is bringing something to life via the law of attraction; belief, thoughts, action & emotions. You can manifest anything into your life. You can have, be and do anything you want.

 

'If you believe you can.. you can. If you believe you can't.. you can't'.

Sit there and repeat that until it makes sense to you.

 

 

1. Burning desire & constantly thinking about it, be obsessed with it

Get clear on what you want. You MUST be obsessed with achieving what you want. You have to be thinking about what you want most of the time. You get what you think about most of the time. You have to be obsessed with what you want. If what you want is not the main thought on your mind, you do not want it bad enough. Thoughts become things. When you put most of your time into something it grows.. so stay focused on that end goal. If that is your dominant thought daily, it will come true.

 

2. Vision board

Print out images of what you want, not too many or it seems impossible. I would say around 5 things. It could be your dream car, house, lifestyle etc. Create it somewhere where you know you will see it all the time. Look at it every day, when you wake up & before you go to sleep. A mental image will be submerged into your subconscious mind. You may see some of these images appearing in your dreams. 

 

3. Affirmations

'I am so happy & grateful now that... (followed by what you want) Write out 10 of these and put them by your bed.. date it. Say these out loud when you wake, before you sleep & in between. The more you say these, the more real they become. Remember these can be long-term or short-term. Write these out daily too. 

  

4. Write things down and date them with white paper and blue ink

You can't track what you do not record, it is amazing to look back at how far you have come. Writing things down on paper rather than phone notes or just saying them / thinking about them will allow you to manifest quicker. There are over 10,000 different movements when you write. Writing things down sends out more vibrations to the universe through your movement and emotions when writing. Think about this too, you will remember a page from a notebook more than a page from your phone notes. If you do not do this the chances of manifesting are slim. Always write on white paper with blue ink. Blue is a calming colour, great for memory storage & manifestation.

  

5. Be careful with words

'I have no money, I am never going to get out of debt’ to 'I have no money, BUT I know I will be okay, something will present itself at the right time. Money is flowing in abundance. Do not mention the word debt, or the lack of money.. say what you DO want. You are affirming these words, they become your reality. One of my favourite phrases is 'everything always works out' because it does. If you say this to yourself out loud over & over you will feel good, you will not be dwelling on what you do not have, but rather focusing on solutions and the good. You will have no other choice but to succeed.

 

6. Avoid 'hope' & 'hopefully'

These words bring about too much doubt, you are sending mixed signals into the universe. Each time you say these words try to change them as quickly as possible & eventually you will rarely say them. 

Other examples: 

'IF' to 'WHEN' 

'MIGHT' to 'WILL'

'IT IS POSSIBLE' to 'IT IS ALREADY DONE'

 

7. Act as if it is already done

You want to talk, act & think of its achievement. Your subconscious does not know the difference between what is real and what is not real. 'I am so happy and grateful now that I am living the life that I desire’ creates that strong, positive vibrational attachment to words. 

 

8. There is a bad period before the greatness

When something happens and you think it is bad.. it is not, it now allows you to realise what you do want. Bad times happen right before a breakthrough. Say, I am so happy and grateful for this because I know that good is laying ahead if I just push through. God gives challenges to the toughest warriors, so just know that if you are experiencing challenges you have been chosen for greatness. How well you handle lows will determine how high your highs go & the duration of them. Use these bad moments to grow and develop. Nothing lasts forever, it is a test to see how you overcome challenges.

 

9. Gratitude

You must be grateful for what you currently have. You will not be blessed with more if you are not grateful for the now. You will not be grateful when the universe sends you more if you cannot appreciate what you have now. Remember the times you wished for what you currently have.

 

10. Trust the universe & be patient.

Patience is a virtue that we must live by.. do not get too comfortable, however. The universe makes everything work out at the perfect speed & perfect timing for you. Do not be in a rush, know that everything is unfolding perfectly.

 

11. Videos

The way you would write out an affirmation, speak them to the camera. Talk about your dreams, wishes, goals and desires as though they currently exist. The more methods that you use to manifest.. the better. This is also great for tracking your progress. 

 

12. Dream Build

Let's say you want a penthouse in a specific location.. go onto youtube and watch some videos on the kind of penthouse you would like. When you have your 'relaxed time' do this rather than watching a film on Netflix. You want to be working towards your goals most of the time. This is much more satisfying and rewarding. This creates belief and excitement. 

 

13. Sleep affirmations

Go to sleep to affirmations or audios. These go into your subconscious whilst asleep.

 

14. Visualisation

Think about what you want, who is there when you achieve this goal, what can you smell, what can you see, and feel that feeling of joy & excitement. Feel the emotions and live them right now. You can do this to frequencies or guided goal visualisation meditations. 

 

15. Morning routine

Your morning routine is key because it sets the tone for the whole day. If your day starts off good it will most likely continue to be. Anything that would usually bother you would bother you less because of the self-development & self-care that you got to start your day off. Repeat this until it becomes a life habit every day.

 

16.  It is not just about thinking

Many people believe that manifestation is just thinking a thought & expecting everything to unfold in front of them. The emotions you feel play a huge part in bringing your desires to life, you must be vibrating high. The ultimate goal is to feel good all the time, this does not always occur but we must be able to switch a negative thought into a positive as quickly as possible. You must also put in the work, a combination of everything is what allows you to manifest.
